BiteMyWorms.Com Still Growing

Ron Thompson, owner of Bite My Worm, has a problem. That is a growing problem.  Bitemyworm.com has become too popular with anglers and non-anglers who love having their photos turned in to a humorous cartoon tee shirt.  This is how it works; the angler submits a photograph of them self to Bite My Worm; Bite My Worm then turns them into humorous cartoon tee shirt inside the Bite My Worm logo with a caption below it.  After the Bite My worm shirt has been completed; anglers, family members, or friends can go to Bite My Worm and purchase caps, hooded sweat shirts, calendars, coffee cups, or numerous other products with that print.

The biggest growth over the past year has been with the Bite My Worm (www.bitemyworm.com) internet website.  “The website keeps growing bigger; in fact, it will be changing shortly and be even bigger and better than before,” Thompson continued, “We are working to where the client can email the photo to us and we do the characterization then that client can download the high resolution photo from our website to their computer; that client would get the first five downloads free.”  Something else new on the Bite My Worm website is a membership program.  “The membership program cost $30 a year to join,” he continued, “a paying member can be part of our online contest, get a Bite My Worm logo hat, and some other special incentives we are working on right now.”

Being part of the Garage Underground has been beneficial for Bite My Worm.  “It has increased our visibility,” said Thompson.  Thompson is still pushing for more and to continue to build his company bigger.  “One thing we are working on is attracting more tackle stores, marines, mom and pop stores, and other smaller companies to purchases Bite My Worm logo products with their name imbedded inside it,” said Thompson.  It makes sense having a well-known logo which brings recognition to a local company that can benefit by selling them to current customers.  “Although, we are focusing on smaller companies,” Thompson continued, “we have the facilities to fulfill the needs of larger companies if requested.”

It’s been a banner year for Bite My Worms with the new and better website that is attracting more people. The challenge now is finding more tackle stores marines, mom and pop stores, and smaller businesses wanting to work together to increase brand awareness of their companies.  Bite My Worm is the perfect solution for building brand awareness for these companies.
